Rocks rock!
In our travels across the world, we’ve come across several different natural rock formations that have intrigued, inspired and captivated us. Many have legends attached to them like the bear claws that created the Devil’s Tower or the trolls that were transformed into rocks in Iceland. From the beauty of the Grand Canyon to the unique balancing act of the Butter Ball, rocks are a silent testament to the power of the natural forces that shape them. Whipped, pounded, buffeted, crashed into, molded, melded, rocks stand sentinel to the passage of time. Black, brown, ochre, red, green and every color in between, I cannot pass by rocks any more without wanting to discover their secrets.
